Ooo! a craft! Looking at the instructions, I'm wondering if it would be better to put the orange pulp in a ziploc bag, and let the kids squish it around to get the juice out.
(And I think I'd skip the orange rind in the ice cream. Yuck.)
But I like the concept! I might try that next year.
