Weekend in DC was a wash, literally. Washed away, washed up, washed out to sea. The DC area received 2-3" of rain this weekend and I'm relatively sure it followed us home up the coast to NY.
Cherry blossoms decided to wait a bit longer before opening, but I found a blossom cam so I can live vicariously! The Kite Festival got a bit tangled.
Got these shots in between the drops...puddles...lakes.

That's too bad about your trip. The cherry blossoms would have been wonderful to see.

Thanks. It was fine...the trip was to visit my sister, the rest was icing. Really, really wet icing. lol
